Following a brief spell lecturing in further education James has been working in design and marketing for over twenty years. He established New Century Design in 1994 in Chard before the move the to Dillington Estate in 2005. A keen walker and bird watcher he is fortunate to live on the Blackdown Hills.

Glen, Head of Business Development, has 13 years experience in print and design. Glen has managed blue chip accounts for some of the country's largest print organisations. Before recently relocating to the South West he spent 5 years as Creative Director with a leading West London design agency, managing accounts for major record label, publishing and corporate clients.

Trained as a Graphic Designer for five years before working on the design side of the print industry for 12 years, in Dorset and Devon, before joining New Century earlier this year. During his career, Gavin has fulfilled a number of creative, administrative roles including a four year stint as Studio Manager in Exeter where he was responsible for art direction, workflow and recruitment. He has extensive knowledge of print processes and costings.

Darren has over 16 years experience within the design industry, specialising in Concept Development, Typographic Design, Annual Reports and Corporate Identity. His extensive knowledge of print production enables him to ensure the quality of creative work is carried through to the finished result.
