Clotted Cream is mouthwatering favourite!A consortium of two Somerset food producers, Gundenham Dairies and cheese makers Tower Farms have blended their knowledge and experience to create “Dollop” Farmhouse clotted cream. The delicious product, sold in packs branded by New Century, is available in delicatessens and supermarkets in the UK. The "Dollop" concept came about during a late night brainstorming session which concluded that the name summed up all the delicious, tactile, fun, mouthwatering and downright yummy properties of a generous serving of this legendary West Country delicacy. Cream Teas; fresh scones, clotted cream and home made, jam are a quintessential part of English holiday outings especially if you are touring the counties of Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. It is hard to imagine an afternoon out in this part of the country with out one!
